Until recently, only consumer markets have really used segmentation techniques to any great extent to better understand the decision-making process.
TechnoValues has been developed by NOP World as a way of understanding the key values held by technology decision makers. Such information can enable technology marketers to improve the targeting of their products and services.
By focusing on customer values, the approach produces a segmentation system with longevity. Whereas, technology trends can change relatively quickly, customer values do not change overnight.
