Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- All areas of day to day client management with specific accounts - telephone, written and face-to-face
- Handle all aspects of project direction including study design, questionnaire design, project management, analysis, and client reporting
- Management of junior research staff
- Report writing and preparation of presentations where appropriate
- Liaising with and checking output from all internal operational departments
Experience & Skill Responsibilities:
- 2 –5 years experience in client servicing and marketing research account management
- Experience in mystery shopping is strongly preferred, knowledge of mystery shopping is required
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in managing large studies
- Ability to inspire confidence in clients
- Proven strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven track record in positive dealings with all levels of internal and external clients
Education:
BA/BS required.
